We do not “over sell” as airlines sometimes do, so once a seat is sold we hold it for that customer and frequently turn away other divers as a result.
When we confirm a sold seat we guarantee to hold it for that customer. In return we expect the customer’s verbal “hand shake” agreeing to financial responsibility for the seat.
A $100.00 per person deposit is due within seven (7) days of making a reservation. Final balance is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival.
FORMS OF PAYMENT:
All payments must be made in US currency.
We accept payment by American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.
If you are paying your deposit by credit card, YOUR CARD WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED FOR FINAL PAYMENT ON THE DUE DATE.
DIVING CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the first scheduled dive day will receive a full refund.
Cancellations and/or changes in reservations 2-7 days out will be charged a $25.00 per person administration fee.
Cancellations received within 2 days (48 hours) are non- refundable and non-transferrable.
No-shows are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy will be waived if we receive a copy of a medical note from a local doctor for treatment/exam, which must have taken place within 48 hours of check in time of the missed dive. This does not waive a companion diver.
Cancellation Policy will be waived if diver(s) miss the boat due to an event that effects the population at large – example would be road closure where no one can get through.

NON-USAGE OF PACKAGE INCLUSIONS
Once on island all dive packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Every effort will be made by St. Croix Ultimate Bluewater Adventures to accommodate requested changes when possible.
No refunds or credits will be awarded for any unused portions of package.
We encourage all guests to purchase trip insurance!
